As the very first stage we have a deep discussion with the client to get to know their requirements on job position in detail. So, that we work accordingly to meet up the client requirements. We signup the agreement, only when we are confident enough to satisfy our customer needs.
We formally receive demand letter from customers to know their requirements. Then we initiate the process of advertising and start gathering data base.
Due to our experience in this domain, we have data base of prospective candidate profiles and a network of trusty right partners to outsource the candidates. We filter out the candidates by shortlisting the profiles before reviewed. Our team work on to match the exact requirement of your demand letter.
As initial step we completely scrutinize the candidate profile and produce them for final phase of interview.
Final phase interview will be conducted by client, in some cases we may also conduct it on behave of the client.
Astro also guides the shortlisted candidates by arranging proper visa and book air tickets for the trip.
List of candidates who clear the final selection process will be provided offer letter from the customer side. This also includes terms and conditions in addition to medical requirements.
Even after your placement we look up whether there is smooth coordination between the candidate and client.
In order to check whether the candidates are medically fit we also arrange for medical test and only the fit candidates are finalized.
